Beverly Hills Dental Laboratory, Inc. 9100 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 400W (West Tower) Beverly Hills, CA 90212 Please park in our VALET parking lot by pulling into the driveway on South Doheny Drive and going underground of our building. This driveway for valet parking is located on South Doheny Drive, between Wilshire Boulevard and the alley of our building. I have attached a map of our building and parking lot entrances for your reference. We will validate your VALET parking ticket before you leave our office. *Please note: If you decide to bleach/whiten your teeth between the time we scheduled your appointment with us and your appointment date, please call us to reschedule your custom shade consultation with us accordingly as we have to wait 10 full days after the last day of whitening before we see you at our office.
